He is polite, patient, sincere, passionate and very knowledgeable. He is great in negotiation which Joni and I, like most home buyers, are lacking in skills. It was timely that we needed someone like him who’s always available and ready to work quickly and efficiently because we don’t want to loose the bid to this house. There was a challenge along the way but he made it so simple and easy. In addition, your group’s connections or the people John recommended such as loan officers, lawyer, inspector, etc are also respectable in their fields and pleasant to work with. He showed us many places and all the time for every house he tried to find out if the house has any issues and explained everything about the issues or good points. The MG Group helps you with inspection and tries their best to inform you of everything before you make your decision. I really like the way they make an offer, we purchased the house less than what we thought, and in addition John brought more companies to check everything before we make decision.
