I cannot say enough about Mario and his team. My husband and I had initially used another broker to sell our property, and we were not seeing results. It is a unique property, and it needed a specific buyer. After 3 months of no results, we went with the MG Group on a recommendation from a friend. We hit a lot of bumps in the road, including challenges with the association and also a water leak that required some construction in the unit. Mario and his team were always there to provide assistance, and assisted in negotiating with the association and even managing the contractors who were during the work in the unit. One of my favorite things about the MG Group was the level of contact that we had with not only the team, but with Mario himself. Every time there was a showing, Mario made sure to let us know how it went, and he was always following up with the agents to get feedback that would assist him in marketing and selling our unit. He made sure to always keep us in the loop, and was always honest with us about the status of our sale. In addition to the contact that we had with Mario, I also cannot say enough about his team. Everyone we worked with was patient, responsive and incredibly professional. No matter how many times I emailed or called, we received prompt, friendly and informative responses from everyone on the team. The sale was a true effort, and we really felt like we were part of the process. Lastly, I also want to address the level of respect that Mario's name carries in the Chicago real estate market. The other agents were honest with him about how their clients viewed our property, and were very responsive to his requests for information. I shared with several of my friends who were in the business that we were using Mario and his team to sell our condo, and they all assured that we were working with one of the best agents in the city.
