I recently sold my condo through FRED MERRITT with the MARIO GRECO Group and I am very happy with the overall selling process. I initially met with FRED and he was very clear about the entire selling process and what to expect from them. I was on a tight deadline since I was moving out of state and he was honest and straightforward when it came to discussing how to attract interest and how to best show my space. Throughout the selling process he was always a phone call away and available to me when I had question or concerns. My home sold in under 30 days and he was able to get me a close date that worked with my move and so that I wouldn't be paying overlapping mortgages. I would absolutely refer FRED to anyone to use as their realtor. I also liked working with the MG GROUP as a whole. MARIO's reputation and success is easily found online, so I won't go into depth. However, he has a strong team of professionals working for him and I want to highlight them. For example, there is someone dedicated entirely to scheduling so there is no confusion as to who is doing what job. Peter studied history and political science at Wayne State University and received his M.A. in Instructional Leadership from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
