As good as it gets...and then some. In today's world it's not very often that you have a sense of professionals working for you and responding to what you need. This is my second selling with MARIO. He's smart and attentive. His people are pros.
Huge fans of MARIO and his group. Everyone was extremely professional and dedicated to getting our townhouse sold in this less than stellar selling market. MARIO is unbelievably responsive--no matter what day or time of the night. They have an excellent system so that you get emailed feedback within a few hours of each showing. In negotiations MARIO is great, level headed but blunt when he needs to be. I never got the sense he would "sell us down the river" just to make a quick sale. Every piece of advise he gave during negotiations turned out to be true. He knows his stuff and he runs a tight ship. I can't say enough good things about them!
